Vending machine removal sparks concern | Voice of the Spartans
Students expressed frustration with the removal of the vending machine between the Science Quad and Back Parking Lot, announced Monday. Principal Dr. Glazer cited that administration decided to remove the vending machine because a private entity was profiting from sales and the machine did not meet the California Department of Education’s School Nutrition Guidelines. Watch the video to hear from Glazer and sophomore Andrew Johnson, who attempted to plan a protest Friday at lunch, about their thoughts surrounding the vending machine removal.
