Photo Story: MVHS boys soccer sweeps through CCS to win Division I title; makes it to NorCal Division I semifinals

The MVHS boys soccer won three straight games to win the Spartans’ second CCS title in four years.

The MVHS boys soccer team defeated St. Ignatius College Prep 2-1, Leigh High School 5-1, and Everett Alvarez High School 2-1 in overtime to claim the Spartans their second CCS title in four years, and their third in school history. The Spartans overcame Rocklin High School 3-2 in overtime in the NorCal Division I quarterfinals before falling to Davis Senior High School 1-2 in the semifinals.
