Homecoming week kicked off with Spartans gathering in the gym for a rally on Monday, Oct. 14. Cheerleaders started the event with a high energy performance featuring dance choreography and aerial stunts. ASB members then introduced the themes for each day of the week, followed by a floatie race in which students rode an inflatable crocodile over their peers to reach the finish line.
Next, homecoming royalty danced to the center of the gym, and the audience watched videos the royalty had created. The rally continued with a performance from Dance Spectrum and concluded with a relay race involving students wrapping each other in toilet paper, making mini basketball shots from an inflatable, and racing to the finish line in group skis.
