Residents of Mountain View gathered at the City Council meeting on Oct. 19 to advocate for affordable rent. The meeting was held specifically to discuss rent control and stabilization options, scheduled in response to the crowds of hundreds of protesters who attended City Council meetings over the past couple of weeks.
