The MVHS flag football team lost a close 7-14 game to the Gunn Titans on Monday, Oct. 6. The game was scoreless through halftime, before the Titans took a 6-0 lead. Senior wide receiver Roxie Silver scored MVHS’s only touchdown of the game, before Gunn scored their second touchdown with less than a minute on the clock. The Spartans’ final drive stalled, and the game ended 7-14.
