Sally Meadows, Jonathan Weinberg, and Larry Lang have won the Los Altos City Council race following today’s election, according to unofficial results reported by the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters.
Meadows, Weinberg, and Lang won out of a pool of five candidates, with 26%, 24%, and 21% of the vote, respectively, with 98% of Santa Clara County vote centers reported fully. Meadows and Weinberg are incumbents, while Lang will begin his first term later this year.
As of Nov. 5 at 11:30, just under 25,000 votes were cast, according to the Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters.
The three will begin their four-year term as council members after being seated on the first Tuesday following the certification of election results, normally the first Tuesday of December, according to the Los Altos City Council Norms and Procedures listed on the city website.
